Our Yearly Application and Mentor Package includes special access to our BEEC Advisory Board for student communication and guidance. Our Advisory Board is made up of leading figures and renowned experts across many industries. Such outstanding industry experience and elite professional networking resources help guarantee the success of our long term planning strategies for students.
SERVICE STEPS
1. Personality Test
Consultant provides student with specialized personality test for adolescents. Results are evaluated by a psychologist and each student receives an individual report regarding personal characteristics and career orientation.
2. ‘Discovery’
The Consultant shall engage in a thorough interview with the student at the preliminary stage of service to better understand the student’s personality, interests, goals and dreams.
3. ‘Imaginable You’
The Consultant shall establish a future image of the student in written form, and provide evidences and direction for the student’s development.
4. Monthly Meeting
The Consultant shall meet at least once monthly for one hour with the student for a deep conversation, to understand the student’s current situation and consult on future development, including extracurricular advice, and any other necessary help.
5. Reading List
Consultant provide student with a customized reading list to help student build English language skills and develop personal interests. The reading list can include books, magazine articles, movies and other media.
6. Monthly Reading Club
Consultant organizes a monthly reading club for students for deeper discussion and understanding of English literature, and to improve student communication, writing skills, and joy of reading.
7. American Culture and Social Skills Training
Consultant provides American culture and social skills training for student’s smooth adaptation to life in America.
8. Regular E-mail Communication
Consultant shall respond to email inquiries from the student within two working days, regarding any academic or related matters within reason.
9. Monthly Report
Consultant provides a monthly report to submit to student’s guardian regarding student’s performance and progress.
10. Monthly Essay
Consultant provides student with an essay topic every month for completion to hone the student’s writing skills and ability for self-expression.
11. Curriculum Planning
Consultant provides student with curriculum consulting to suit student’s interests and application strategy.
12. Extracurricular Plan Guidance
Consultant provides a customized plan to guide the student’s extracurricular activities and development, based on the intended major and interests of student. This plan will be overseen for quarterly review by the team.
13. Standardized Test Plan
Consultant shall provide scheduling advice and planning for all standardized tests relevant to student, including test prep course suggestions and plans. This plan will be overseen for quarterly review by the team.Service Description
14. Application Essay and Supplement
Guidance Consultant and Creative Specialist shall assist student to write and revise essays and related supplements for all schools applied to.
15. School Application Completion
Application Specialist completes all application form materials for student, with full review by Consultant.
16. School List and Recommendations
Consultant provides school list and recommendations for student based on comprehensive evaluation of student’s performance.
17. EA/ ED Consulting and Recommendations
Consultant provides recommendations for potential Early Action(EA) and Early Decision(ED) applications.
18. Interview Training
Consultant shall provide training related to school interviews to student.
19. Visa Training
Consultant provides training for visa interview process to student.
20. First Semester Mentor Consulting
Consultant provides mentor consulting services to student until the completion of the first semester of undergraduate studies. Mentoring includes consultation on course selection, cultural and social training as well as related academic matters.
21. Advisory Board Counsel
All students who choose our Yearly Application and Mentor Package receive the counsel of our Advisory Board Members. The Consultant shall provide a suitable Advisory Board mentor for the student, or the student may make a request themselves.
